Maybe you have already been using a wrap or carrier, but you or your child simply cannot get comfortable.
Or you would like to carry your child but you don’t even know where to start.
Or you already carry your child on a regular basis but you’re reaching your limits. Maybe the stretchy wrap is no longer supportive enough or your baby is starting to feel too heavy on your front and you need help with the next step in your babywearing relationship.

Fit check
You know what you want, but it’s not quite right yet? In approx. half an hour we look at how the fit of your carry may be improved, to ensure you’re carrying safely, ergonomically and comfortably.
Babywearing consultation
We take 1-2h to look at your situation. I can show you something new, you can practise with a doll and ask all of your questions.
Pregnancy consultation
You would like to be as prepared as possible? We meet during your pregnancy (approx 1h) and I can explain what options there are. You can find out what appeals to you and try it with a doll. After the birth we meet again, to ensure it works with your baby, too (1-2h).
Target audience
No matter whether you’re a parent, grandparent or other caregiver, I will look at your personal situation. You can attend the consultation by yourself or with a second person. Larger groups are possible upon request. Your child will attend of course and can be nursed, fed or changed as needed. If an older sibling will be present, it can help to have a person on hand to ensure they too are paid attention.
Cost
A consultation is 80 Fr. / hour.
Place
Most consultations take place at your home. I do not charge extra for travel within the city of Basel. If you live outside of the city, please contact me to find out if a consultation at your home is possible.
Upon request, consultations can also take place at my home or in the case of fit checks also in a public place.
While in person instruction is preferable, if your situation demands for it, virtual consultations are possible. Please contact me for more information.
